Ham Skills from Essex Ham

Skills v2 Survey 2017 Results

In late 2017, there was some discussion about a potential new Training and Skills Development event in Essex, as the host club of the Essex Skills Night was planning to step back from the event at the end of 2017.

To fill the gap, Essex Ham reached out to clubs, groups and enthusiastic radio folk in Essex in the form of an online survey. The aim of this was to get feedback on ideas for a rebooted series of workshop / skills / training events that would be supported by multiple local groups.

The survey ran between October and November 2017. It received 67 complete and 47 partial responses, and the data has been very useful in highlighting a clear direction for such an event.

Thanks to those to took the time to take part.

If you completed the survey and you registered your email address at the end of the survey, we'll be in touch if and when there is any news.
